Proceed to Captain Murk and you'll set sail. As soon as you visit a broken wall the boat will stop and Captain Murk will tell you to dive there. Go down and you'll find a shipwreck. Go to a doorway and a guard will stop you and knock you out. Then you will wake up in a jail at the palace. Speak to one of those guards and inquire why you're placed into jail. The guard will tell you that you were wearing no emblem.

Ask him where you are able to get a symbol and he'll let you know that the symbol maker is in the 2nd floor of the palace (that will be below your flooring.) You will be let out and the Mogre will guide you to the symbol maker, not allowing you to move. You will talk to the Yarg, the emblem maker and he will ask you what symbol you desire.

He'll then make you a symbol of the area you select. Wear the symbol and you will have the ability to pass in your area by the palace. To identify what region you belong to, simply choose the door of their colour. If you are not sporting the emblem or you are sporting the emblem but you don't belong to the area, the guards will stop you. You cannot un-equip your symbol while in your area.

Go back up into the boat and talk to Captain Murk and congratulations! Quest complete! Rewards: 7,000 magic XP, 12,000 power and attack XP and access to Mogrin by speaking to Captain Murk to sail you there! (If you lose your symbol, speak with a guard outside of Mogrin to get one or if you lose your orb, talk to Tarren to get it back.)
