Frank joined the Flutter team of ByteDance after graduation and contributed a lot to Dart as well as Flutter's PRs. Frank remembers that when he was working on the package size issues he proactively followed up on a relevant issue on the Dart GitHub project, and he noticed that the Specializer component could use some further tuning.
