The Old Masters Academy is incredible! I love this fine art oil painting course. This art academy teaches me how to use contemporary oil painting materials to paint like the Old Masters. From start to finish, I study how to create artworks in oil using painting techniques created throughout the Renaissance and Baroque periods. I apply paint layers such as imprimatura, underdrawing, a dead-color layer, color work-out, and numerous coats of glazing to make a painting.
