There are four steps to find any missing transactions in QuickBooks which are mention below:
1. Check the Audit Report.
2. Check the company file.
3. If applicable, check Condense Information.
4. Recreate missing transactions if lost.
Audit report
For selecting the audit trail report go to reports menu by selecting accounting next to taxes option.
