It's not like Jagex has a movie camera of you while you are playing. But, yeah, if you move away then yes you are AFK but browsing youtube whilst fishing, or doing assignments while fishing is fine. Thanks! This is the kind of response I was searching for. What I have learned:If I am still there, it's alright. If I depart for a moment for the washroom or something, it's alright.

If I leave forever, it isn't alright. It is okay as you won't get banned, but it is still technically bannable. However, considering how difficult it is to prove - I'm pretty sure Jagex doesn't know whether you're searching forums or whatever - it does not matter. If I'm on the pc, it's still fine? Everything is okay. You won't get banned for AFK training. The whole concept is absurd to me. They basically are only attempting to induce you to be on Runescape as far as possible.

There's little that can't be accomplished with a few hard funds and a solid set of tools, also with this foundation in mind we have introduced several much-requested usability improvements in the Currency Pouch and Tool Belt.
