Skonfigurowałem zgodnie z poradnikiem program rpa na Windowsie, gdy chcę go użyć wygląda to tak:

Jak masz windows 10 to zainstaluj subsystem ubuntu z windows store. Wtedy możesz zainstalować kilka paczek (gcc, go, python) i bez problemu budować rpa.
