Dr Tan is the cheapest LPA certificate issuer who will explain to you (donor) all the terms and implications of an LPA and also sign on the LPA form as a witness. Being a certificate issuer, Dr Tan will certify donor that:
· He/she understands the purpose of the LPA.
· He/she knows the scope of authority that they will be deliberating upon their appointed donee(s).
· There is no fraud or undue pressure made on the donor to make an LPA.
